Yumi is one of my favorite sushi place in the Twin Cities. It’s expensive, but you’re getting high quality sushi and most rolls have several pieces. I know, the sushi is “Americanized” (lots of spicy mayo) but sometimes this is exactly what I’m craving. Places like Kiyatchi have more authentic rolls, which I definitely appreciate. I am not a massive sushi snob, but I can taste the freshness and quality of the fish at Yumi. I’d recommend getting a reservation, especially on the weekends in the summer. It’s a cute little spot!
