Trapeze is a champagne bar located right next to Barbette in Uptown. The sparkling list is lengthy, and there are some really solid options for the wine snob in your life. They have creative small bites you can have along with your wine (tomato flight, bacon wrapped dates, anchovies, etc.) The space itself is really long and skinny and the only sunlight comes from the front, which makes the tables in the back a tad dark. It is also pretty pricy, but with the price you get high quality ingredients and unique wines.
