This place has put a ton of thought behind the concept and menu, especially when it comes to smart sourcing and healthy ingredients. I respect that. Unfortunately it fell a little short for me. The salads aren’t exactly cheap, and I would definitely prefer to make my own, fresher, salad at home instead of pay $10 for one here. It’s a good place if you need something healthy quickly if you’re in Dinkytown. But otherwise, I’d skip it. There is also a location downtown (but I’d choose Green + the Grain instead if you’re downtown.)
