The 10 course vegetarian tasting menu at Sooki & Mimi, a restaurant in Uptown from Ann Kim, is something incredibly special. Last night was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long (very long) time. It’s the kind of experience where I don’t even want to tell you all everything about it, because I want you to go and be delighted and surprised as much as I was. Although Chef Kim is running a tasting menu now, she plans to roll out an ala carte menu eventually. The restaurant is named after Chef Kim and her husband Conrad’s grandmothers, both which unique cultures and backgrounds.
