Sanjusan is new Japanese Italian (yes you read that right!) restaurant from Daniel del Prado (of Martina/Colita/Rosalia) and Shigey Furukawa (Kado No Mise). The restaurant is in the location previously held by Kado No Mise, which has now consolidated upstairs. The menu has snacks like cauliflower with blue cheese and everything spice, and panzanella with cucumber, avocado, and bonito mayo. The pizzas and pastas include classics like pepperoni and pistachio pesto but also unique items with a Japanese twist. Of course the cocktail menu was a star in itself
