It took me a little bit to figure out the concept of this place, but I’m digging it. The majority of the ingredients are locally sourced, and their cheese plate is perfect at happy hour. The inside is a tad dark, but their patio makes up for it. I came for brunch awhile back and the front and side patio were completely sunny and relaxing. Also, it’s one of my biggest pet peeves when Minneapolis restaurants serve bloody Mary’s with a lemon or a lime wedge. And nothing else. Draft Horse doesn’t do that… you get cheese AND meat (and they’re locally sourced!)
