Billy’s Sushi is a bustling, lively sushi restaurant in North Loop. Before coming to North Loop, Billy first opened Sushi Fix in Wayzata. The sushi is high-quality and the drink menu has several unique cocktails on top of wine, beer, and sake. The atmosphere has a bit of a “party” vibe, sometimes getting to be pretty loud and lively later in the evenings and on weekends.
