Minneapolis Cider Company has an expansive tasting room with plush couches and large tables to seat a group. I am picky about cider, as I am very sensitive to too-sweet alcoholic beverages. None of the ciders I tasted at Minneapolis Cider Company were too sweet, in fact I loved all of them. They also serve charcuterie plates with fresh bread, which goes nicely with the cider. There were no food trucks on site when I was there, but that should be a future addition, as there aren’t other food spots anywhere close by.
