I am always disappointed in myself when it takes me a long time to get to top-notch restaurants in the Twin Cities. Xavi is a prime example. The space is cozy (they have a fireplace in the center of the restaurant) and the atmosphere is fabulous. They’re serving simple dishes at their core (ribs, chicken, salmon, steak) but prepared with the highest quality ingredients and the highest attention to detail and flavor profiles. Beer and wine only, no cocktails.
